Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Rank SenpAI, a Shopify app for product-specific content research, article generation, and publishing. By installing or using the app, the store owner or authorized user agrees to these terms.

The service

Rank SenpAI analyzes the store information it is authorized to access, suggests topics, generates drafts, and can save or publish content when the merchant uses those features. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing content, product claims, health or safety statements, links, images, and publication status before content is made public.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans and billing are handled through Shopify's billing system. Plan limits, article credits, and any applicable trial or pricing terms are shown in the app and at checkout. Unused credits do not create a cash balance and are subject to the plan terms shown in the app.

A merchant may cancel through the Shopify billing experience. Cancellation does not remove content already saved to the store.

Content and third-party services

Generated output is machine-assisted and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular business. Rank SenpAI does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI-search placement, sales, or uninterrupted availability. The merchant must confirm that published content complies with applicable law, platform rules, and the merchant's own claims policy.

The service depends on Shopify, hosting, AI, search, and other third-party services. Their availability and terms may affect Rank SenpAI.

Acceptable use and contact

Do not use Rank SenpAI to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, publish deceptive claims, upload information you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, merchants, or third parties.
