Before contacting us

Confirm that your store is still connected, the app has the permissions it needs, and the article has passed the review step. For scheduled publishing, the production queue must be running and the article must have an approved schedule.

Service status

You can check the production health endpoint at ranksenpai.com/health. A healthy response confirms that the app server is responding; it does not confirm a particular store's authorization or billing state.
